Accessibility Program

AGK Technologies recognizes the importance of the requirements of Section 508 (US Federal Government) and the W3C - Web Accessibility Initiative (industry standards) regarding accessible technology products to all end users including those with disabilities.

AGK Technologies continues to provide state-of-the-art solutions that consider accessibility requirements for all of its customers, including those in the federal government and public sector.

Efforts to meet and exceed Section 508 requirements can be complicated by many factors. As with most sophisticated software products, AGK Technologies products are impacted by multiple third party technological variables, including hardware, operating systems and assistive technologies. Additionally, Section 508 or industry guidelines do not mandate a common means of assessing compliance with the accessibility standards.

By listening to the feedback from customers received through our product hotline, user group meetings and beta testing process, AGK Technologies continues to monitor the success of its accessibility program.
